Acceptance of Terms
IMPERO LAUNDRY provides its services to you are subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), which may be updated by us at our sole discretion from time to time without prior notice. You agree that your continued use of the Service (as defined below) after such update will constitute your acceptance of an agreement to be bound by the updated Terms. In addition, when using particular IMEPRO LAUNDRY’s services, you and IMPERO LAUNDRY shall be subjected to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.
Terms of Service
IMPERO LAUNDRY gladly to provide professional pick-up and delivery laundry services to our customers and offers quality and convenience at an affordable price. Your use of IMPERO LAUNDRY (“Services”) indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. This agreement is strictly between IMPERO LAUNDRY, its customers and services provided by parties subcontracted by IMPERO LAUNDRY, and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions below.
Pickup and Delivery
You can edit the time of a pickup or delivery up to 3 hours before the requested time. The Customers are reminded to verify the quantity and check of the garments and household items upon collection before leaving or upon receiving at doorstep. We hope to provide a convenient service to all our customers. You have an option to request us with written consent to leave your items at the guard house or other location. However, once delivery has been made, IMPERO LAUNDRY will not be responsible for any lost cause as a result.
The turnaround time from 24 hours to 72 hours as advertised depends upon the type & quantity of items being given to us. While we strive our best to meet our promised turnaround times, all turnaround times given or promised, whether in the invoice, our web page or promised in any way to the customer is just an estimation.
IMPERO LAUNDRY reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garments or household items. IMPERO LAUNDRY does not guarantee removal of all stains. The Garments or household items without carrying a care label will only be cleaned at Customer’s own risk.
Price and Payment
IMPERO LAUNDRY may charge fees to you in consideration for the use of IMPERO LAUNDRY’s services. The price of the services will be set out in our price list as published on our website. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted. All our prices are inclusive of GST. However, if the rate of GST is varying between the date we accept your order and the date of payment, we will have to adjust the rate of GST accordingly. All payment should be in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
Please note that payment methods may involve the use of third-party payment service providers. These service providers may charge you additional fees when processing payments, IMPERO LAUNDRY s not responsible for any such fees and disclaims all liability in this regard. Your payment method may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the applicable third-party payment service provides. Please review these terms and conditions before using your payment method.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations up to 3 hours before the chosen pickup or delivery time slot are free of charge. All refunds or reimbursements offered by IMPERO LAUNDRY to the customer, must be claimed by the customer within a 7 days period. Once the 7 days period has expired, the customer’s claim will be considered resolved and closed.
Reporting Lost or Damaged Items
Missing or damaged items must be reported to IMPERO LAUNDRY within 24 hours of return of your item(s) and accompanied by the official receipt. Failure to report the missing or damaged item(s) within 24 hours shall remove any liability of IMPERO LAUNDRY for the missing or damaged item(s). In the event that any item is lost or damaged by IMPERO LAUNDRY, we will issue the customer a refund or credit for the value of that item as stated in this paragraph. Our liability for any damages to garments shall be limited to the reasonable value of depreciation due to age, fashion and condition, not exceeding 10 times the rate charged for cleaning the article or RM 150.00, whichever shall be lower. IMPERO LAUNDRY is not liable for any preexisting damage to a garment or other item(s) and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it if any preexisting damage is found or if we have a concern about the colorfastness or the age or weakness of the fabric.
Exceptions to Damaged Items
Despite our best efforts to clean and maintain garments or household items, a fact of life is that all garments or household items will eventually wear out or use over time. For the avoidance of doubt, IMPERO LAUNDRY considers the following conditions to be “normal wear and tear”:
• Shrinkage from repeated laundering
• Fading from repeated laundering
• Thinning of fabric from repeated laundering
• Rips or tears from repeated laundering
• Discoloration due to perfumes, colognes or deodorant
The Company is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the garments and household items, such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
All garments or household items must be claimed within 60 days from the date of receipt. Any unclaimed items will be disposed after the expiry date or unless otherwise specified at the time of depositing the garments or household items for cleaning.
What information we collect from you?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, pickup and delivery address or phone number. We will as well collect your financial information (like your bank account or credit card information) when you use the payment services to process payments.
What is our privacy guarantee to you?
IMPERO LAUNDRY does not sell, share or trade customers’ personal information collected online with third parties.
However, personal information collected online will only be disclosed within our corporate group, associates, agent and service providers for internal use only.
We will from time to time reveal general statistical information about our services usage and visitors, such as number of visitors, number and type of services purchased by not putting your name or your personal information as a reference.
What do we use your information for?
Information we collect is used to build features that will make using our service an easier and more personal experience. This includes faster service requests, better customer support, improved service offerings and timely notice of new services and special offers. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and better tailor it to meet your needs.
We may also use your information to deliver information to you that, in some case, are targeted to your interests, such as new services and promotions.
We may use your email address, your address and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, new services offerings and communications relevant to your use of our services.
How do we protect your information?
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorised access.
